The Frosted Rose Petal Mermaid Corset is created from a shimmering pale rose and pale silver/lilac organza, hand crafted into hundreds of scales, with the same organza pleated over the back panels and dusky rose pink silk side panels. The scale covered detachable hip fins that accentuate your hips and create the illusion of a smaller waist are an optional extra that give you two very different looks.
Perfect attire for a fairy tale bride, the Frosted Rose Petal Corset features a wide steel busk front opening for a smooth finish and greater support, with silver swing hook closure. An internal waist stay reinforces the area for gentle waist reduction of 2″ – 4″, depending on how ‘squishy’ you are. Constructed from the finest spiral and sprung steel boning and English cotton coutil to support, smooth, define and enhance your figure. Full length eyelet lacing to the back ensures that the waist can be comfortably pulled in. A ‘floating’ detachable modesty panel is included so no flesh is visible behind the ribbons to ensure that you look beautiful from the back as well as the front. We prefer to use high quality double sided satin ribbon for lacing, for a luxurious, glamorous finish to the back of the corset. It will also preserve your hands when tightening!
The shimmering tones of organza in this beautiful corset are timeless. As a bridal corset, this looks stunning with one of our tulle ballet skirts or silk chiffon skirts.
The Frosted Rose Petal Corset design was inspired by the early morning frosts on delicate rose petals during country walks with my dogs.
